Changes:

• Change StarterEquipment Shaman: 5HP after fight heal -> 2HP after fight heal (was too powerful)
• Change StarterEquipment Engineer: After getting 10 Mana, get 1 ManaNextTurn -> After getting 15 Mana, get 1 ManaNextTurn (was  too easy too spam)
• Add audio sliders to SettingsMenu
• Unify mana resource to Mana

Fixes:

• Fix enemies sometimes dropping double loot
• Fix GameOver screen being skipped and players are thrown back into lobby immediately 
• Fix Credit Screen taking too long to start
• Fix Community Discord link. It expired and now has a permalink
• Fix players getting stuck in lobby screen, when host leaves the lobby
